Āyurvedic Approaches to Cognition and Neurodevelopmental Disorders

We are working on fundamental aspects of human cognition based on the principles of Ayurveda. The Jñānotpatti Krama described by acharya Caraka is used as the foundational aspect to correlate the process involved in human cognition. Our research team is building upon the above concepts to solve the key challenges in cognitive disorders and developmental disorders with specific focus towards pediatric age group. In this regard, we are working on deploying all the  available strategies used in Ayurveda including "Daiva Vyapashraya Chikitsa, Yukti Vyapashraya Chikitsa and Satvavajaya Chikitsa. Our deep focus is to develop personalized precision health interventions for management of Learning disabilities, Developmental Disorders and Cognitive Disorders.
